COMMON QUESTIONS

What data providers does Nexus Terminal use?

We aggregate real-time data from multiple institutional-grade providers for redundancy, including direct exchange feeds for US equities and major FX pairs. All tiers include real-time data feeds.

How does early access work?

Nexus Terminal is currently in private beta. Submit a request with your name, email, and intended use case. We review each application individually and send invites in batches — typically within 3–5 business days.

Which Windows versions are supported?

Nexus Terminal runs on Windows 10 (build 1903+) and Windows 11 as a native desktop application. A minimum of 8 GB RAM and 4-core CPU is recommended for smooth real-time data performance with multiple modules open.

How does SMS alerting work?

SMS alerts are delivered via Twilio. Pro and Enterprise users add a verified phone number in Settings. When a configured alert fires, a text message is dispatched immediately — even if the terminal is closed or the machine is locked.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. During early access, subscriptions are billed annually. Upgrades to Enterprise are available at any time by contacting our sales team. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Does the Enterprise tier support on-premise deployment?

Yes. Enterprise customers can opt for an on-premise deployment where the terminal application and data caching layer run entirely within your own infrastructure. Contact our sales team to discuss architecture and requirements.
